What's a seat?
One seat equals one named learner. Each learner gets their own login, their own progress tracking, and their own course completion certificate. Sharing logins violates the terms of service and breaks audit trails.
How do volume tiers work?
Tiers apply by total seat count. Buy 2 seats and you pay the Studio rate of $455 CAD per seat annually. Buy 10 seats and the Office rate of $369 applies to all 10. Move from 24 to 25 seats and Organization pricing at $325 applies to all 25.
What is StillWater Concierge?
Direct setup and rollout support from a StillWater team member. Kickoff call, custom AI policy review, quarterly progress check-ins, and priority email support. Included on Studio, Office, Organization, and Enterprise tiers. Available as an optional add-on for Solo.
Can I add seats mid-year?
Yes. Email support@thestillwateracademy.com with the new seat count. We invoice for the new seats on a prorated basis to align with your existing renewal date. If the added seats move you into a better volume tier, the new rate applies to all seats at the next renewal.
What if I am not happy?
Email us within 14 days of purchase. If the assigned learners have completed fewer than 4 modules in total, we refund in full. After that point we work with you to make it right.
